A block of discounted conference rates and government rates at the Gaylord Texan have been set up for World Congress 2025 attendees. *Guests who are booking at government rate will be asked to provide a government issued ID upon check-in. The room block at the Gaylord will be accessible until July 2, 2025 at midnight CST, or until it sells out, whichever comes first.

Hotel rates start at $229/night and all reservations are on a first arrive first serve basis.
The Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center is located in Grapevine, TX, just minutes from the DFW airport. It offers 490,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space, 1,814 beautiful guest rooms, and 127 spectacular suites.

Check out: 11am
The hotel does not allow smoking while inside the property. Pets are also not allowed.
Parking:
Overnight parking fees include in/out privileges. Valet is accessible daily.
Valet parking, fee: 45.00 USD daily
